How B2B software sales are affected by customer reviews

The Capterra team did a study regarding how the number of reviews has an impact on sales. Of course, we talk about enterprise software sales. One of its interesting conclusions was that a bad review is better than no review.

They had a sample of 1100 companies and they studied how the number of reviews from their website affects the conversion rate. The results are spectacular:

0 4.6%
1-4 5.2%
5-9 6.4%
10+ 7.1%
